STORE POLICIES: 
INSPECTION AT PICKUP: 
All customers are encouraged to fully inspect their items upon pickup whether in box or assembled. If an item is in box we HAVE NOT seen or inspected that item and it is exactly how we received it. Since our products are nondeliverables/returns some things to check for upon pickup include but are not limited to damage to item, hardware, missing pieces, ensuring it is the correct item as ordered, checking for the correct color, etc. If the item is not as expected we WILL REFUND at pickup. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, offer refunds or in store credit for any items once an item leaves the warehouse. 

ITEM PICK UP Please plan to transport items at the time of purchase. Effective 5/16/19. Items paid in full may be held at the store for up 7 days from date of purchase. If item(s) are not picked up within 7 days, a $25.00 per day storage fee will be charged, for each day after the hold time expires. If items have not been picked up after fourteen (14) days, the item(s) will be put back in the showroom for sale and all monies paid will be forfeited by customer.

Your order will be ready for pickup at our next available open day after your purchase is placed. The available pick up days/times are Mon 2pm-7pm, Fri 10am-2pm, Sat 10am-2pm, and Sun 10am-2pm (Sun is for pickups only). You can come anytime during those windows and just TEXT us at 317-643-0116 when you arrive at the BACKDOOR with your name & order #. Please stay in your car until it is your turn. Once it is yours we will pull your order to the garage door, we will give proper social distance, will allow you to inspect your items, and then you can load your items. All sales are final once an item leaves the warehouse. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO LOAD YOUR OWN ITEMS!
