Moon time cramp ease tea is a handcrafted herbal tea blend, supportive of menstrual pain experienced throughout the menstrual cycle. Formulated with herbs that are known for relieving pain in the body. Crampbark and white willow bark are the key herbs in this formula while the others are supportive in the blend. Enjoy hot or iced! Feel free to sweeten as desired preferably with honey vs sugar.

How to brew:

Steep 1-2 tsp of tea per 8 oz of hot water for 8-10 minutes. After the tea has reached the desired strength, strain tea and enjoy!
